WHAT IS THE "JOURNEY"?

"Martyr" has been in the making for the past three years, and it is full of our experiences... experiences that you have probably also had, or can relate to. Now, we want to share EVERYTHING with you.
The JOURNEY is a guided tour of the meaning behind the EP, and the experiences that shaped it.
As you dive into the journey, you'll get the following:
EARLY ACCESS TO THE FULL EP & VIDEOS
Listen to every song on the EP more than a month before it's out + get early access to upcoming videos, behind-the-scenes "making of" videos, and more.
A LOOK INTO THE MEANING & INSPIRATION
Each Journey Page (more on this below) will include an annotated version of the lyrics for each song - telling you about the meaning, how specific phrases came to be, or how they changed.
You'll also get insight into the inspiration behind each song lyrically, and instrumentally.
OUR THOUGHTS & FAVORITE SPOTS
Candid videos from each member, giving thoughts on each song with one word associations, and any specific stories they have for the songs.
You'll also get to see each member's favorite riff (or pattern on drums), and learn how to play it!
A JOURNEY IS BEST WITH FRIENDS
As part of the Journey, you'll get access to the Speakers Community on Discord.
You'll also get access to a Journey-specific channel "Journeyers" for everyone involved in the journey to share thoughts, questions, and more!

This EP has been in the works for the past three years, and five of the seven songs are already available to stream online. To say thank you for giving us your time and support, we're giving you a chance to download the EP for free, and listen to the songs early. Prefer to wait? That's ok. As part of the preparation for the Journey, you'll also get four emails to fill you in on OUR journey as a band so far - just in case you're new, or need a refresher!
On Day 1, you'll get an email with a secret link to begin the Journey. That link will take you to a Journey Page, where you will find all of the content outlined above. You'll get one email each day for seven days to cover each of the seven songs on the EP. Just click the link in the email to gain access.
Of course! The Speakers Community is where we and our supporters hang out and chat. It's hosted on Discord, and is completely FREE to join. The confirmation email mentioned above will have a direct invite link! Who are the "Speakers"? "Speaker" is a term we use to refer to ourselves and our fans. We believe that everyone has a story to tell, experiences to share, and the right to share them... but we also each have our own way of speaking. Speak True. Be You. is what we like to say.
